Hidden Gem Albion™ Limited takes all complaints concerning defective or damaged products very seriously. Any issues regarding the products should be reported within 3 working days with an image of the damage/ issue.

Contact us by email at sales.uk@hgalbion.com or by telephone on 0333 242 2991. Any claims which are not notified within 3 working days cannot be credited unless they relate to a quality issue or where you, as our customer, could not have been aware of the problem at the time of delivery.

We offer a full refundable guarantee for unopened and unused items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please call or email within 10 days to arrange a return. All goods returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. We will either replace the item or issue a refund. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original packing or opened due to health and safety issue. Please note that you are responsible for the return delivery cost.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us requesting a cancellation before your order is dispatched. Orders are usually dispatched by 2 pm the same day or next working day if ordered after 2 pm
